Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Replacement/Refund Policy
Candle Connection provides a 7-day replacement/refund under the following circumstances:
The product received is not the product that was ordered;
The product is unwanted;
The product was damaged in transit.
The 7-Day replacement warranty is valid for 7 days starting on the date of delivery/collection as indicated on the order invoice.
Please note:
If you return an unwanted product to us, you must ensure that the product is returned in unused mint condition and in the original packaging. If you fail to return the item in this condition, we are entitled to refuse the return. Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at candleconnection1@outlook.com to find out if you are eligible for a return. Further information will then be provided on how you can return the product to us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 2-3 days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
